Perishable Items
Delivery of perishable items i.e. Sweets, Snacks, Fish and Cakes are restricted within Calcutta and greater Calcutta only. Send us an email if you have any question regarding delivery.
Non Perishable Items ( Small )
Non perishable small items i.e. the items other than Sweets, Snacks, Fish, Cakes and large non perishable items will be delivered all over India using parcel post or private courier service as we deem appropriate.
Non Perishable Items (Large)
Delivery of non perishable large items are restricted within Calcutta and greater Calcutta only. Send us an email if you have any question regarding delivery.
Order Cancellation:
Inform us 48 hours prior to delivery and we will make a full refund of your purchase price. If it is less than 48 hours, then send us an email to custserv@giftstokolkata.com requesting cancellation of your order. However you can only cancel orders that are yet to be delivered / shipped. Once your order is delivered or shipped, it can not be cancelled.
Return Policy:
Goods once dispatched shall not be returned on any ground/s. However, in case you may have any complaints regarding the products delivered, kindly email us at custserv@giftstokolkata.com .
